Relocation of a Tamil Nadu check post to Walayar border.
The article reports that the check post previously located at Navakkarai-Mavuthampathi has been moved to the Walayar border.This move aims to alleviate long-standing traffic congestion on the Palakkad-Coimbatore National Highway.The decision followed intervention from urban development authorities after complaints regarding traffic blocks, especially at night.
